Well, as far as I know there are a few of those beasts around. Using
apt-cache search might help. But if you want the upload only done if the
file meets certain criteria (timestamp, size, etc.), then maybe my xfer
script could be of use to you. Haven't written an webpage for it yet,
but the code is available from this URL:
