Broken Evolution in unstable
Hi
I'd just like to offer my thanks to those who posted in response to my
'broken evolution on unstable' Debian question.
I've always been aware of this list but never subscribed before, (I've
been unstable for at least a year, or much longer according to my wife )
- so sorry if I was asking something that had already been discussed.
I did have a rummage through the archives prior to posting but couldn't
find anything relevant - I was probably looking for the wrong thing as
it seems evolution isn't the problem but more likely its dependancies as
detailed in your valued replies.
Luckily I had already installed Thunderbird as a fall back, infact
that's how I'm currently communicating, but I personaly find Thunderbird
clumsey and very slow to respond. Also the fact that all my essential
emails are stored in the right places in Evo is giving me heart-ache!
Looks like I'm going to have to wait for it to sort its-self out as I
cant afford to loose KDE.
