Monitoring debian server

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to monitor my home debian server.

I would like to find a way to supervise the processes (for example, if
a process uses more than 85 % of the CPU, I receive an e-mail which
indicates me the process....).

Or for example, if there is more than 20 bad login on SSH connection => e-mail

I think that MTRG tools will not be useful for these tasks.

Hence I'm looking for a soft that could do this type of tasks.
