Why should I "fix" the init script which works ok if apache is not
forced to load libphp4.so?
Why should I fix the init script which works ok on my laptop?
I do not have the knowledge to modify the init script.
I suppose I should not file a bug since nobody supported that hypothesis.
I suspect all this is about my old crap machine: during installation I
was _not_ able to boot the debian 2.4.18bf24 kernel installed on the hd
and I had to compile a debian kernel 2.4.24 package on my laptop for it
and run base-config from rescue mode debian cds. In addition, during the
install the machine sometimes complained about "corrupted" packages
which were not: I had to use some 3.0r0 cds in replacement.
Thanks for responding...
