[SOLVED] Re: mozilla producing invalid ps files?
Apparently, _Hugo Vanwoerkom_, on 03/13/04 10:33,typed:
As indicated in previous posts, I am unsure who actually does this:
mozilla or xprt. It could be xprt and then you might try xprt-xprintorg
to do the printing.
That did it! I just installed
~# apt-get install xprt-xprintorg
and lo and behold, printing to a ps file works smoooothly. Even the
maginification problem seems to have improved if not cured completely.
This also gave me additional information(the following is one Long URL,
sorry):
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&threadm=20030520040015%247c64%40gated-at.bofh.it&rnum=8&prev=/groups%3Fq%3Dxprt-xprintorg%2Bxprt%2Bdebian%2Bbetter%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8%26oe%3DUTF-8%26selm%3D20030520040015%25247c64%2540gated-at.bofh.it%26rnum%3D8
I am still trying to fingure out what the other enteries in Mozilla
print dialog mean or where they come from:
llp@:64
xp_ps_spooldir_tmp_Xprintjobs@:64
xp_pdf_spooldir_tmp_Xprintjobs@:64
Thanks,
->HS
BTW printing to a printer works?
