It works nicely for mailto links. The problem is with mailto in
javascript and when forms are supposed to be sent as email (action
mailto method post). For those I still get a mailto unregistered
message. Copy paste of the address I don't mind when it can be reached.

mozilla-ctxextensions also allows setting a mailto handler. This
removes the mailto unregistered protocol error but does nothing else.
