Yup.  Though you might want to tell klipper to sync the clipboard with
what's selected, since then you get the best of both worlds.

Open up kcontrol (K Menu | Settings | Control Center).  Click KDE
Components, Component Chooser, Terminal Emulator, Use konsole as
terminal application, Apply.  Then just close the Control Center.
