Please could somebody help me here, urgent though :\

I am trying to get my woody debian server here @ work todo a full
dist-upgrade right now I shouldnt have a problem.
My sources.list file however is buggered beyond compare....

Basically I have this so far :-(
# ----------------------
# Woody Security Mirrors
# ----------------------
deb http://security.debian.org/ woody/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-non-US/ woody/non-US main contrib
non-free

HOWEVER i cannot get say a normal deb packages mirror working through http,
and I cant use ftp because we have had
to from past abuse block all outgoing ftp ! Please can somebody send me the
correct lines for woody ? for main / contrib and non-free !
I really need them urgently and by looking at
http://www.debian.org/mirror/list << Its 4 months out of date ! ? so my
Local mirrors information is incorrect !

Any help will be _greatly_ appretiated !

Kind Regards
