Currently working as a security officer, if it's the same guy every
time, why not just ask him why he only does that when you come in
unshaven. If it's not, have a word with the manager. Stores tend to
be responsive to feedback if they're worth your business.

No kidding. And if it's a government that actually serves it's public
as it should, it can take care of the stuff that corporations have a
tendency to screw up deliberately to profit off of.
Example, my health plan: Don't get sick or hurt, I have to drive
almost 300 miles to Seattle for my benefits to be worth anything, and
I don't get sick days.
