Why? The exim doc doesn't mention trusted users for mailq / exim -bp.
It just says:

     -bp     This  option  requests  a listing of the contents of the mail
             queue on the standard output. If the -bp option  is  followed
             by  a list of message ids, just those messages are listed. By
             default, this option can be used only by an admin user.  How-
             ever, the "queue_list_requires_admin" option can be set false
             to allow any user to see the queue.

But I recall the problem and the question: this option is not in the
configuration files, even commented out (like the other options). Is
there any reason or is it a bug?

For those who have the latest exim4 version (from unstable), is this
option also documented in the exim4(8) man page but missing from the
configuration files?
