This is where reading the documentation comes in handy.  Try looking
in /usr/share/doc/gtk-gnutella or at
http://gtk-gnutella.sourceforge.net/ for the docs.  IIRC, gtk-gnutella
is fairly sane in it's defaults.  If you don't know what it is, don't
change it.
