Well, if you're really adventurous, maybe you could just open up the
.config file in your favorite editor and do a search, then change to =y,
=m, or =n as you prefer?

Of course, this won't give you the help file, and I'm betting it's not
the preferred method.  I don't know if there's a good reason not to do
it.
