I also encountered a similar problem. In my case, as I found out by 
"apt-get -s <packagename>", starting from kysyguardd, the offending 
dependency was libsensors-1debian1 which seemingly does not even exits!

This ghost dependency is needed to install kdebase proprely (why? don't 
ask, I have no idea) :)  You can get it from here and try if it solves 
your problem:
