Problem with debmirror

Dear all,

for a couple of months I have been running debmirror without problems.
However, for a comparably short period of time, debmirror breaks with
with

project/trace/komsys-pc-ruf.ethz.ch: project/trace/komsys-pc-ruf.ethz.ch failed
Failed to download files (2 errors)!)

Searching the web has not led me to an explanation that I understood.

Thus, if anyone could give me a hint on how to fix that problem --
