What does "canot seem to be able to access" mean exactly? If you have
file permission problems, check if your numeric user ID is different
rom the previous install. Some linux Distributions use user IDs
starting from 1000, Debian starts from 500. If this is the case, you
can use the chown command to change the ownership of your files to your
new user ID.
