A quick check in aptitude shows me that kdebase-audiolibs of testing
depends on libvorbis0 (>= 1.0rc3-1) which has no valid testing
candidate. The libvorbis source package only builds libvorbis0a. I think
kdebase-audiolibs should depend on libvorbis0a. This bug is already in
the bug tracking system (#193421 and #193861).

So kdebase-audiolibs is uninstallable. I don't know if it's essential
for you, but if you remove kdebase-audiolibs and (only the package) kde
(the only package which depends on kdebase-audiolibs), than you could
do an upgrade.

So long
Thomas
