No the files are not there (i think Nvidia overwrites them)

i reinstalled xserver-xfree86 and reinstalled xlibmesa3.
Aditionaly i deleted all libGL win /usr/lib witch pointed to the Nvidia 
implemetation. Now my system is clean again :). Thanks.
