Some of the mirrors provide the source ISOs and some only offer
binary. The full path to them will depend on the particular mirror, I
believe.

Just work your way down this list until you find what you're looking
for:
http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/

For example:
http://ftp.au.debian.org/pub/debian-cd/3.0_rev1/source/

Alternately you can get them with jigdo as per the info here:
http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/
