No, the new xtide-data only works with a new xtide. Normally this would
have kept it out of testing, but xtide-data only recommends xtide, it
doesn't depend on it; shrug, I don't know the details here.
xtide 2.6-1 apparently hit a compiler bug on ia64, so that will have to
be resolved or worked around before it can enter testing.
