I guess it was theoretically possible that someone might use xtide-data
for the data itself.  I hadn't thought of the current situation
happening.  I suppose I should change it to a depends.

There is something I could try.  I wanted to test-build it myself first,
but can't because all the ia64 machines listed on
http://db.debian.org/machines.cgi are woody.

Guess I'll upload it and hope for the best...
