That should get you started, but you really should read the rest as
well, to give you a good idea what you're up against. Quick glance
through, you're going to have to find a way to install LILO before
anything else, or get a *real* DOS prompt and not one of those
immitation Windows DOS shells.
You're probably better off borrowing a CDROM or floppy drive from
another computer.
