if you want the gcc3.2 version, you could also add
deb http://jopa.studentenweb.org/debian ./
to your sources.list, and apt-cache search j2 1.4 (after apt-get update)
Note that these packages are very unofficial, and the url may not last
forever. The files in the package are the same as in the blackdown bin,
except for the fixing of a minor bug in JavaPluginControlPanel.
However, the files are installed in the "right" directories, and the
plugin should work out-of-the-box.
Oh, and only i386 for now, sorry.
