xmodmap & scroll lock key
Hi,
I tried to modify my keyboard using xmodmap; the documentation says that
the scroll lock key will provide different set of character maps (i.e.:
key = a b c d, where c and d would be active when the scroll lock is
on). Unfortunately, it didn't work. What am I missing?
BTW, I'd like to have a keyboard macro program (daemon) that when a
sequence of keys pressed (say, Alt-somechar), it would generate some
characters. I've been looking using apt-cache search keyboard, but I
don't think that I have found any.
Thanks in advance,
Oki
