Short answer:  Yes, but it's not what you want.

Long answer:  2.4.20 has DANGEROUS (developer's capitalisation, not
mine) support for read-write NTFS.  This means if you care about
anything and everything on your NTFS partition, then this is *not* for
you.  Consult the help in make menuconfig or make xconfig in the
Filesystem Support section next to NTFS Read-Write Support for
details.  Read-only NTFS support works wonderfully, however.
