Problems with a2ps.

I've been having problems with a2ps for a while. I've been nurturing this
system since it was but a wee little potato, now it's grown up to be a
sarge. A few months ago, I noticed that a2ps didn't work any more (it used
to work just fine). Whenever I try to use a2ps, it prints out the
following messages:

   sh: line 1: lp: command not found
   a2ps: received signal 13: Broken pipe

Does anyone have any ideas about what broke and how I can fix it?
