Well, on this machine, a quick search of files in /etc with my hostname reveals
/etc/hostname
/etc/hosts
/etc/motd
/etc/exim/exim.conf
/etc/exim/exim.conf.O
/etc/mailname
/etc/emacs20/site-start.d/42hyperlatex.elc
/etc/emacs20/site-start.d/00debian-vars.elc
/etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key.pub
/etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key.pub
/etc/mailname.O
/etc/xcdroast.conf
If you use a different MTA, it would be worth checking out it's config
file(s) too.
