A quick test makes me think that it does, though it doesn't lock quite
so badly (the mouse moves freely, but nothing responds). It only happens
with certain fonts, I think mainly with attempting to display complex
things like some of the multibyte Asian fonts included with XFree86. I
haven't tried on this machine with a font server running, though.
