Thanks for the helps, I got it running, used ne2k-config from http://www.scyld.com/diag#isa-diags
the I/O was 0x300. Now i have to figure out why X server does not load up.
Getting closer to a running Debian ;)

Most ISA cards were set via jumpers on the card itself. I'd recommend cracking the case and physically looking at the card for those jumpers. Hopefully they're labeled.
