modconf suddenly dies on woody
Hello,
I just tried to modconf on one of my woody machines and it now does
nothing. When I run it it just exits without any error and gives me a
command prompt. I tried reinstalling a new kernel, which went fine, but
the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this?
I tried apt-get remove --purge modconf, followed by a apt-get install
modconf, but that changed nothing.
I tried stracing it, but being a bash script, the strace is huge. I can
up it somewhere if people are interested.
How should I go about resolving this issue? Is there any debug command
lines I could add to help modconf give me some sort of error... any
error...
Kind Regards
