For SCSI RAID, hot swapping isn't any issue... even for 3ware
controllers utilising 3ware hot swap cage (RDC-300), a restart might
be required for you to detect the replaced drive... of cource you can
plug out the drive and replace it when the system is still running and
schedule a restart during lunch/off hours...
