Re: pppoe/dsl Connectiion Problem - Thanks



As soon as I saw the alias entrie - I did have them - I realized I had
to include the ppp sync and async modules and I rebuilt the kernel.
This solved the immediate problem.

Now I have a failure to authenicate but this may be because I built a
preliminary firewall that allows no incoming packets. Rather than
disabling it, I'm studying building a good basic firewall.
