You want to install Debian without using a CD?

In that case go here:

http://www.debian.org/distrib/floppyinst

and follow the instructions. You may need to read them more than once.
Basically you need one rescue, one root, and either 4 or 5 driver floppies
(depending on whether you use the default 2.2.19 kernel or the 2.4.18
kernel).

Or did you mean something else?

It is possible to install Debian by simply booting with Woody CD #1. You
will be prompted to partition and format the hard drive during the
installation, so it isn't necessary to do those things ahead of time.
