galeon 1.3.4 mouse gestures

I upgraded galeon to 1.3.4 and now mouse gestures
seemed to be turned off. Does anybody know how to turn
it back on? Also does anybody know how to change the
default download directory in the 1.3.x versions of
galeon? Thanks
