You are probably going to want a firewall of some sort that forces the
user to use your proxy. Otherwise, if the user has fixed settings for
DNS, they can hit any site they want once they have an IP address. DHCP
can give the client a DNS server (which you could use for spoofing) but
the client doesn't _have_ to use it.
