A few years back I know that Quanta notebooks were available in the US
under the Quanta name, where I worked we ordered one because one of our
guys knew they were the manufacturer for these other companies. We were
able to get it with NT4 preinstalled, with the special power management
drivers and so forth, and it cost a lot less than one of the big-name
notebooks.

Unfortunately, I don't remember where we ordered from and I don't know
if they're still available.
