It contains all dynamically-assigned-by-an-ISP-to-"residential"-customers. Many DSL and cable addresses are part of the DUL. Another thing to check is the reverse DNS for your address. Some ISPs set up the records properly and some don't. Some mail admins reject connections from hosts without reverse DNS records. I have my system set up to connect directly, except for a few domains which I've found won't take my connection. For those I route them through a smarthost. -D -- Bugs come in through open windows.
