Compiling mga-vid-source under unstable

Hi,

Am trying to compile mga-vid-source under unstable for the 2.4.20-1-k6
kernel image.

Here's what I tried:

cd /usr/src/kernel-source-2.4.20
cp /boot/config-2.4-20-1-k6 .config
make-kpkg clean
make-kpkg --append-to-version -1-k6 modules_image

This successfully creates a .deb package - but the module created
gives:

/lib/modules/2.4.20-1-k6/misc/mga_vid.o: unresolved symbol devfs_register_Rbd8d400f
/lib/modules/2.4.20-1-k6/misc/mga_vid.o: unresolved symbol register_chrdev_Rfc510363
/lib/modules/2.4.20-1-k6/misc/mga_vid.o: unresolved symbol devfs_unregister_R1ef18fa4


Questions - is this the correct way to compile this module? Anyone
else had this? Is this something I'm doing wrong or is this a bug?
Version incompatibility?
