problem with cl-asdf

hi
i try to update and upgrade my testing
i have a problem with cl-asdf :

i have these errors (it is a loop!)

error: Could not connect to the daemon, I've send a report to root via email!: Connection refused

how can i start the daemon ? 
clc-build-daemon make an error :

$> clc-build-daemon 
During getpeername: Socket operation on non-socket
