...noting that this is not secure from local exploits or snooping.  The
Cygwin DLL itself uses a shared memory space.  This is documented with
the distribution.

That said, it's useful in non-critical security environments, I've used
it myself.  See http://tech.erdelynet.com/cygwin-sshd.html for
configuration details.
