Yes, it does, but I had to stumble on it and I'm sure you would sooner
or later.

With a package name highlighted press <enter>. You'll get a full window
for that package, with the description and the technical information
about the package. "Compressed size" is how much you download. Also in
the window are dependencies and related files.

To leave that window and get back to browsing packages press "q".

I'd suggest you order all the 3.0_r1 (that's Woody revision 1) CDs from
a Debian CD vendor. The list is here:

http://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/

They typically charge $1-2 per CD, and that beats a dialup connection
any day. :)
