Go to http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=libdvdcontrol.so.8&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=unstable&arch=i386
This says that ogl-mmx provides that file.
