one usually doesnt pay redhat's $50K/yr support or $300/incident support
costs anyway ... and you certainly dont want to pay it for older rev's
when its all fixed in their latest versions complete with new
bugs(aka features)
-- lots of places to get support ... most of it free...
and even MS is cutting/stopping support of any Win9x, WinCE, Win2k
versions and only providing support for WinXP for a fee
- lots of places to get support ...
