Here is the lspci -vv that concerns my integrated sound card. It is pretty 
much similar to the one of Andrew Perrin.

Actually I think it was the ALC650 chipset as after following the instructions 
of the Realtek website I had my sound working :-)))
But maybe it is not and that might be the reason why sound is not working for 
Andrew Perrin.
But the lspci don't show a lot of intersting stuff. Maybe some other people 
can understand it better than me though :-))
