seriously though, i don't think you really want that.  last i checked
you're playing russian roulette with your file system everytime you
write to an ntfs partition.  if you REALLY want to share stuff between
linux and windows read-write, i'd make a windows fat32 partition, or
put the disk in question on another (linux/ext2) machine which can then share
the data via samba to the windows box.
