wget PASV no route to host
I updated to sid and now have a wget failure:

==> PASV ... couldn't connect to 163.29.179.241:58773: No route to host
Giving up.
I don't see any iptables blocking activity by me at that time in syslog.
P.S. I see portmap is running. Was that one of the things we were
supposed to turn off for security?
