This isn't the error message.  This message just says that there was
an error (a while ago) but not so long ago that exim will try again
yet.

This looks ok (at least compared to my exim 4 setup), but maybe you
need to add 'byname' to the route_list line.

Look back in the log for the error that is keeping the message stuck
on the queue.  Or you can run 'exim -qff' and then look for the new
error message as exim retries the delivery.
