What about OpenOffice.org drawing app? (www.openoffice.org).
Debian version is available. But you have to download all of the office
suite (~54 MB deb).

Just add the following into your sources.list, to get it from one of the
mirrors.
deb http://ftp.freenet.de/pub/ftp.vpn-junkies.de/openoffice/ unstable
main contrib
