well, just in case there was a clue in the remainder of the file! i think this is coming from windows mentality!

well, i think a lot of material available on the web seems to be assuming redhat as default distribution!
and by the way, /etc/init.d/README refers to www.debian.org/doc/policy. This document is not available! whom do i report it to?
