Solved---Re: Nvidia-1.3123 drivers for the TNT2

After I installed the header files and created the symlink to the 
directory where the nvidia script looked for the files the installation 
still failed. I had to run this command;
make SYSINCLUDE=/usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.18-bf2.4/include/linux . 
That created the binaries and installed the needed files into the 
correct directories. After that I ran dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 
and X started up with the new drivers.

The only hitch was my default gnome session wouldn't start. When I opted 
to start a new session everything worked and is still working as far as 
I can tell.
