Then use the "Follow-Ups" responses.  There was some very good info in those 
posts that should help you make a decision.

The reason I decided to use ext3 was the rapid recovery post crash.  You have 
to see this to believe it!  It isn't much of an issue with this box, but my 
laptop has a tendency to crash.  The second item I liked about this 
journalled fs is that it was simply so easy to switch from ext2>ext3!
